No. Every new account gets 14 days of Premium with no card. On day 12 we remind you; on day 14 the account moves to Free on its own. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Nothing is deleted. Your tests, treatments, photos and settings stay, and you can export them anytime on any plan. Premium features pause; the free plan keeps working.
Online, anytime: Account, then Manage subscription, then Cancel. No phone call, no email to send. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, cancel there, as with any app. Premium runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
The first 1,000 yearly subscribers who join by January 31, 2027 pay $29.99 a year instead of $39.99, for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, the regular price applies.
Yearly plans are charged once a year ($39.99) and monthly plans once a month ($4.99), starting the day you subscribe. Both renew automatically until you cancel. We email yearly subscribers before each renewal with the date and the price.

No. Doses name a chemical and a strength, not a brand, and we don't take money from chemical makers. Your subscription is how the app is paid for.
